Terroir | The grapes were harvested in vineyards of the wine company in the Tsinandali appellation. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 to 750 meters. The climate is temperate with warm summers and mild winters. |

Vinification | The grapes are picked by hand in late September and early October. They are destemmed and cooled to 4-6°C. They are soaked on the skin for eight hours and then gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C in stainless steel tanks. 30% of the wine was then aged in French oak barrels for four months. |
Impression | In the nose slightly spicy with yellow apple and fresh tropical fruit. Around in the mouth. Creamy and nutty. Banana and some tropical fruit. The oak gives grip. |
